SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are currently fulfilled during our studio hours Mondays through Fridays. We ship with Canada Post. You can learn more about Canada Post's current practices and expectations here.

CANADA

At this time we offer free shipping on Canadian orders over $99 and a $10 flat rate for orders below this threshold. Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, which means 2-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

USA

At this time we offer free shipping on orders over $99 headed to the United States (via Canada Post) and calculated shipping on all orders below this threshold. This can take up to 9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note: Tracking can be provided on US shipments for an additional charge, chosen at checkout.

REDIRECTING AN ORDER

Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Due to the handmade nature of our product, we cannot offer returns for used items at this time. However, we value your feedback greatly, so if you are not 100% satisfied, please get in touch and we will make it right for you: info@saltspringcandles.com
